Set into the forested slopes of Iron Horse in Whitefish, this residence draws from classic mountain architecture with a strong emphasis on natural materials and craftsmanship. Heavy timber, locally inspired stonework, cedar shingles, planted roofs, and custom copper detailing break the house into a series of smaller forms that settle naturally into the site. A round private office tower provides a distinctive focal point while broad windows and outdoor spaces connect the interiors to the surrounding landscape.
